This is a more affordable version of the Nest Learning Thermostat and should work for many people. When you leave your home, the Energy Star-certified Nest thermostat automatically adjusts the temperature to avoid wasting energy heating or cooling.
You can adjust settings remotely using the Nest app. This is especially useful if you arrive home at an unusual time. By delaying the temperature change or starting the temperature change earlier, you can keep your home at an optimal level of warmth while minimizing energy waste.
The thermostat can be controlled via Google Assistant or other Matter certified assistants such as Siri or Alexa. There is also a Savings Finder feature. This will suggest ways to adjust the temperature schedule to reduce costs.
