The Black Friday elves are all smiles today. The Xbox Holiday Sale is officially live, and there are actually some goodies to choose from. Since this is a digital sale, it’s the perfect time to fill your backlog, especially if your Xbox doesn’t have a disc drive.
Perhaps the most notable deal here concerns Halo: The Master Chief Collection. The sale price is $10, which is a huge 75% discount. This collection includes Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, Halo 2: Anniversary, Halo 3, and Halo 4. This adds up to 45 campaign missions and over 100 multiplayer maps. Much of this content has been updated to provide 4K visuals and HDR support.

The highly acclaimed Street Fighter 6 is on sale for $30, a 50% discount. We said in our official review that the game “oozes style” and praised the robust World Tour mode, which is like a tutorial mixed with an RPG. The controls are as detailed as ever, and the myriad playable characters are a lot of fun.
The first-party game Pentiment will also be half price, dropping from $20 to $10. This is an RPG with a great historical art style. It’s a niche title, but a great one, especially at the $10 price point. This game is certainly easy on the eyes.
Everyone’s favorite walking simulator, Death Stranding: Director’s Cut, is now available for $20 instead of $40. Diablo IV: Vessel of Hatred is 25% off, down to $30, and Star Wars Outlaws is now $52 instead of $70. Other discounted games include Hogwarts Legacy, Resident Evil 4, Tekken 8, and countless others. Sale ends December 2nd.
