We recently hinted at the stealth announcement of our second title from Ignition Press, and now it’s the official PR. Here we look at some of the covers of Voillur exclusively. Williams and Valdeon previously worked together on Power Girl.
This plot is a bit white lotus, a little lifespan, and runs on five issues starting September 10th, 2025.
As security officer at Koh Kinghisher, a luxury Thai resort, Rook has absolutely access to everything. From his history, he can punch the island’s closed camera and see what all the guests are doing. And trust us, he saw it all. Or he thought.
When Madeline arrives, she immediately grabs Luke’s attention. Madeline not only picks up the fact that he is spying on her, but when he confronts him about his small hobby, she realizes that he is not the person he says. She knows Luke is at the resort.
“I wrote Cape Comics for Marvel and DC for nearly eight years. Before that, I spent anonymously writing fan fiction on AO3 and Wattpad. Before that, I was in film school. Voyeur integrates these skill sets,” explains Williams.
“Voyeur is a rich embarrassment for me. A very popular tone and story change. A challenge in almost every aspect of the comic maker I have practiced it for many years. A whole new course as a fan-loving artist. “But more than anything, Voillur is an absolute joy in the book, and I am absolutely certain that it is something I hope to show.”
There’s a variant cover and as you can see, the guy under the dock! The first issue features two custom open covers by Paulina Ganucheaau (Zodiac Starforce!, Wonder Woman) and Emanuela Lupacchino (Supergirl, Starfire). There is also an AA limited edition variant by Yanick Paquette (Batman, Wonder Woman: Earth One).
Jamie S. Rich’s Ignition Press Editor was also excited by the story. “We use the term “unlock” around here in the Ignition Press. Books like Voiyur encourage me to use it the best way. Storyteller, it will immediately excite you for the comics that are in your hands as well as what comes next. ”
Ignition Press has been powered up for the past 12 months, led by Rich, Eric Gitter (CEO), Filip Sablik (Publisher) and Jeremy Haun (Creative Director). Their first title, the Murder Podcast, will also be released in September. Ignition Press titles can be ordered via PRH.
The Ignition is also paving the way for SDCC ’25 with a series of announcements. Follow this countdown card!
