Courtesy of RNM Press, AIPT is pleased to share a preview of Bixby Grant, Private Eye: Fans & Brimstone #2. You can back it now on Kickstarter.

“The fan support for our first OGN Wolf, She Cried and the first issue of Fangs & Brimstone has been amazing, so we’re excited to bring the next chapter of our new mystery into people’s hands. We want to deliver,” Patrick Coyle said. . “My dream team of collaborators: Gonzalo Martinez, Gonzalo Ruggieri, Arthur Hesli, and Heather Antos continues to deliver great work, and now they are joined by the amazing Dean Kotz and Megan Huang. We are firing on all cylinders. I feel like it’s ignited!”

So what is Bixby Grant, Private Eye: Fans and Brimstone #2 about?

Tensions are high in Harbor City. Four volunteers who participated in the re-election campaign of a corrupt mayor have been found dead, murdered in an elaborate cult ritual. The mayor and his supporters blame Harbor City’s supernatural residents for the murders, and suspect all of the city’s monsters, including hero Bixby Grant and rockabilly vampire Diego. I’ll tailor it. Bix evades the police, enlists the help of an old friend, fends off a cat burglar, and tries to solve the case before another body shows up. But will Bix’s personal history with deadly weapons take things too far and ignite the powder keg that is Harbor City?

Detective Maritza Ramirez plans to infiltrate Zombie Town to investigate her father’s last known whereabouts. Thousands of undead live in five square blocks of Harbor City. Once inside, she ends up peeking at the only place her father seems to have gone: the former headquarters of the zombie mafia, Il Cosa Muerte. But to reach the building and avoid the Walking Dead, Maritza must face the horrors that lurk in the dark tunnels of Harbor City’s sewers.
