Mad Cave Studios teams up with a long list of LA Strong’s All-Star creators. A charity comic for the victims of the Los Angeles Fire. The disaster in Los Angeles.

100% of LA’s strong comic revenues go straight to comic creators who are in trouble. Mad Cave is a book industry charity that works with Dav Pilkey (Captain Underpants), Forefront Books, MacMillian Publishers, and Ingram content group to help financially support our head offices, comic stores and affected employees. Funds are being donated to (BINC). Recent fires.

Many of the names participating in the collection are powerful. Charity comics for the victims of the Los Angeles Fires Barbara Kessel, Brian Azarero, Brian Michael Bendis, Christosgage, Dandi Dio, Daniel Kibblesmith, Franktieri, Gresipack, Jimmy Palmiotti, Jody Hauser, Marve Wolfman, Paul Cornell, Rob Denbreaker, Cena Grace, Stephanie Phillips, Steve Orlando, Alex Cormack, Allison Sampson, Amanda Connor, Christian Ward, Gerald Borge, Ian Churchill, Michael Avon, Rian Gonzales, Salvador Larroca, SamiKivelä, and more.

Beat has an exclusive preview of the collection. Please refer to the following page.

“The collection on this page represents a sample of wild creativity that has entered LA Strong,” said editor Sarah Branstad. “A variety of corners of creators and entertainment around the world have poured their talent into this project. As with the pages of Marv Wolfman and Jolyon Yates, we’re deeply engaging with the losses and fears they and their loved ones face. Some share stories that are personally vulnerable, others, like the pages of Jeffrey Lyman and PJ Holden here, to bring us into otherworldly realms. “Everyone who picks up this book will find a page that resonates with them.”

LA Strong: Charity Comics for Los Angeles Fire Victims was released on March 12, 2025 and has a retailer for $9.99.
