What happens when the world’s biggest detective joins a team with Merck? DC Comics is about to find the main cover of Dan Mora and the story of Grant Morrison and Mora on November 19, 2025 at Batman/Deadpool #1, a 64-page crossover hit comic shop. This issue follows Marvel’s Crossover Deadpool/Batman #1 on September 17th.

The one-shot, which is said to be “200% more Grant Morrison-esque than ever,” combines Batman’s gloomy, orderly approach with the chaos that breaks Deadpool’s fourth wall. result? A cosmic, metafiction adventure that spans Apokolips from Earth-Trn666.

But the main event isn’t everything you’re getting. Batman/Deadpool #1 also packs in four bonus team-up stories from Top Tier Creators.

Scott Snyder, James Tinion IV, Joshua Williamson and Hayden Sherman pair Dr. Strange and Constantine for a mysterious mashup.

Tom Taylor and Bruno Redondo bring the Nightwing (Dick Grayson) face-to-face with Wolverine (Laura Kinney) in a high-energy collision.

Tamaki and Amanda Connor bring a comedic brawl between Harley Quinn and the Hulk.

G. Willow Wilson and Dennis Cowan unite Ms. Marvel with Static for a static mission.

The one-shot arrives two months after Marvel’s own Deadpool/Batman #1 (September 17) and continues this unprecedented DC/Marvel Crossover initiative.

With Morrison and Mora piloting the main story, an all-star roster of creators delivering backups, and a variant lineup designed to break wallets, Batman/Deadpool #1 promises all the hinged celebrations of the comics, dark, absurd, and brilliantly self-awareness.

To make things even bigger, Batman/Deadpool #1 will feature an extensive variant cover lineup from comic book names, including Lee Vermajo, Jim Lee, Mark Brooks, Jenny Frison, Amanda Connor, Nick Dragotta, Jer Lee, Alexander Rozano, Sean Murphy, Frank Quilott, Bill Sieenkiwich, Rynan Rayan Rayan Rayan Rayan Rayan Sue Rayan, and more. From Wonder Woman/Scarlet Witch to Robo/Deadpool, the variations highlight other wild pairings, plus a homage cover that references the incredible Hulk #340 and Crisis of Infinite Earths #7.
