Last month, DC Comics announced details of “We Are Tower,” an upcoming crossover storyline between Batman/Superman: World’s Finest and Justice League Unlimited Title. Today, the publisher arrived at the comic shop on May 21st to announce solicitation information and covers for Batman/Superman and Batman/Superman parts 4 and 5.

As previously revealed, the first crossover as part of all DC initiatives highlights Legion of Doom. Most interestingly, the May book solicitation teases not only the evil of the JL parallel universe, but also the return of Perpetua as well as the crime syndicate. DC fans are well aware, so Perpetua was the sixth dimension of the universe who played a prominent role in Dark Nights: Death Metal Event. Furthermore, it has been revealed that she is not only a creation of DC’s multiverse, but also a reaction to the creation of Mother Monitors, Anti-Monitors and World’s Folgers. Given that “We Are Yesterday” includes time travel shenanigans, it’s likely not a complete return, but a encounter with a past villain.

Please see the solicitation information and cover below.

Batman/Superman: The World’s Best #39

The fan favorite storytelling team of writer Mark Wade and artist Dan Mora puts pressure on the Dark Knight and Man of Steel when it comes to “We Are Yesterday.” As Gorilla Grod’s vicious, temporary onslaught continues in the Judicial League, Batman and Superman from the era of the world’s best superheroes, can get a terrifying glimpse into their future… And the tragedy that should come! This article for all DC’s first DC crossovers is the first of two connection covers by artist Mora, with variant covers by Lucio Parrillo, Adrían Gutiérrez and Al Kaplan.

Justice League Unlimited #7

Waid and artist Travis Moore continue to execute on Brink for Justice League Unlimited #7’s “We Are Thynese.” As Doom of Doom achieves the unthinkable, the Justice League has been destroyed for a long time… Surrounding the Watchtower! As Gorilla Grodd’s attack intensifies, it becomes one hero who calls the cavalry.

The Destruction, Reding, and Chaos Cavalry culminated in this penultimate chapter of “We Are Towery,” a special crossover with Batman/Superman. Dan Mora offers the second of two connection covers, including variant covers provided by Tiagoda Silva, Rafza, Yannick Packet, Travis Moore and Philhester, as well as heritage moon covers for the Asian American Pacific Islands by Cliftian, and “Super Mashup” variant by Jorge Molina.
