All-new standalone Avatar: The Last Airbender graphic novel! Firelord Zuko’s half-sister Kii enrolls in the Royal Women’s Fire Academy! Zuko, known for his strict curriculum and even tougher instructors, worries about Kii.

When the situation worsens and seeds of doubt are planted in the new principal, Shuko takes action by appointing Mai, one of the people she trusts most, as a teacher at the school. Will Mai be able to keep watch over Kii and stay on the right path, or will the cruel culture of the academy shape her footprint into that of her other half-brother, Azula?

Created in collaboration with writer Gene Luen Yang and artist Gurihiru, Kiyi first appeared in the 2013 sequel graphic novel The Search Part Two. She is the daughter of Ursa, the exiled mother of firebending Prince Zuko and Princess Azula, and their childhood sweetheart Noren, and was born approximately five years before the events of the animated series.
