Dr. Fellows and his daughter Abigail are stranded in the realm of Evermore. A dangerous realm filled with all kinds of mythical creatures and characters from picture books, fairy tales and legends.
Surviving Wonderland, they make their way to the human capital of Sleepy Hollow, but the town is redundantly controlled by Ichabod Crane. Ichabod Crane’s son Jack is causing a chain reaction that threatens the lives of all of Evermore’s residents. The same goes for humans, beasts, and monsters.

I was really impressed with the world building in this second volume of Evermore. I was also struck by how so many different characters in its vast cast came together from such a wide range of different literary sources.
Although the motivations of a few characters are not entirely clear at times, for the most part the political power struggles, quests for revenge and subsequent violent confrontations are handled very well. Everything builds to a grand guignol climax, with many characters violently meeting each other and bringing the gory end to a close.

There’s a lot to take in, so it’s worth familiarizing yourself with the setting and characters by checking out the first volume, which can be found here.
With Aleksandar Bozic’s expressive art, unique characters (human and otherwise), and distinct storytelling style, Gamon’s epic story receives the visual treatment it deserves.
In short, Evermore: Sleepy Hollow is an impressively epic tale from Gamon and Artist Bozic that’s well worth checking out.
Hello! I’m Jason, and I write for midlifegamergeek.com every day. Wouldn’t it suck if I was reading this article on a completely unrelated website like Kickstarter Comic and they were claiming my work as theirs? What kind of idiot would do that?
Anyway, if you enjoyed what you read, please check out the site it came from. Unless you are already here, in which case thank you!
If you want to support original, human-made content published regularly (never plagiarized or copied from other writers’ hard work), you can help keep this site up and running.
Not only do I not earn any income from my writing here (although I may earn a small fee from affiliate links posted on my page), but my work is lazy and morally bankrupt. Looks like it’s been stolen and reused by some idiot.
There’s no pressure of course, but I really appreciate the support I can provide. It’s easy to do with one of these links: ko-fi.com/geekmid or paypal.
