At today’s NYCC Spider-Man panel, Senior Editor Jordan D. White, current Venom screenwriter Al Ewing, and New York Times bestselling author Charles Soule reveal Eddie Brock: Carnage. did.

Set to debut on February 12th, Eddie Brock will act as a new host for the violent and sadistic symbiote Carnage. The series will tie in with ALL-NEW VENOM, another flagship symbiote title, and will see the Venom symbiote take on a yet-to-be-revealed host. Soule writes with art by Jesus Saiz.

“Carnage is a person who has to kill people, so Eddie has to give him death. In order for Eddie to be okay with it, the people he feeds to Carnage are serial killers. “Soul explained. “But Carnage is also an addict, and addicts need greater highs…”

So what is Eddie Brock: Carnage?

The deadliest protector of all! He was Venom, he was Anti-Venom, he was The King in Black…now Eddie Brock joins the one and only Carnage and is the greatest ever We forged the darkest bond! Will he be able to control his new opponent’s never-ending bloodlust? Or will he surrender to madness and murder? Join Eddie and Carnage as they journey into the darkest parts of the Marvel Universe, with bloody death as their only guide!

“This is so much fun,” he continued. “Jesus Saiz wanted to make a horror book, and this is his wheelhouse. He loves drawing things that are creepy and organic, so I’m giving him everything I can.”

NEW YORK, NY — October 20, 2024 — Just attended the Marvel Comics: Spider-Man and His Venomous Friends panel at New York Comic Con, featuring senior editor Jordan D. White, current Venom writer Al Ewing and the best people at the New York Times took to the stage. Sales author Charles Soule has revealed the future of symbiote storytelling. Fans got a first look at the all-new Venom, as well as the announcement of Eddie Brock: Carnage, the second installment in the ongoing symbiote series spun out of Venom War.

“EDDIE BROCK: CARNAGE,” which will be released in February, was written by Saul, who is known for his highly acclaimed work on “Star Wars,” and is based on recent titles such as “Captain America” and “Punisher.” The extraordinary work of Jesus Saiz will be followed by the painting. In this incredible story set in the aftermath of the Venom War, longtime Venom host Eddie Brock becomes the new host of the violent and sadistic symbiote Carnage. The series will tie in with ALL-NEW VENOM, another flagship symbiote title, and will see the Venom symbiote take on a yet-to-be-revealed host.
