#5: Sam Wilson: Captain America #1
This issue kicks off the miniseries in epic style with dynamic action, some deeply moving moments, and a new nemesis for Sam. If the action remains as ferocious and dynamic as this issue’s intro, we’re in for a great journey.

#2: Shazam! #19
All in all, it’s hard to ignore Shazam! #19.This arc is really interesting in how Mr. Mind has been incorporated so far, and the conclusion leaves me hoping for more from the green bug of Venus. Emotionally resonant, less conventionally light-hearted, and full of love for the history of these characters, this series is never ending fun to read.

#1: Batgirl #3
Batgirl #3 is amazing. A single problem can give you deep analytical understanding, and you rarely even need to touch on the story or quote personal experience. This would be twice as long if I included all of the usual review criteria checklists. That alone gave us a lot more to talk about. I love talking about this character as much as reading about her, and I’m so hooked here. I’ve always been involved, but I’m very involved. Please everyone buy 1 million copies so it doesn’t end after just 6 issues. It makes me cry. I promise to do that! Don’t think I won’t do it!
