It may be a little bit and far in between, but often, bad ideas have good ideas…or two. The publisher announced a significant presence at this year’s New York Comic Con.
Pinning the publisher’s NYCC plan is the exclusive release of a large convention, including the full Hank Howard, a new release of Pizza Detective. Hero Trade; And the end. Each comes with a reversible dust jacket specifically for the convention, with complete art and design on each side. Only 50 of each Hyper-Limited Hardcover Collection available in Bad Ideas Booth #4451 are available.
“It’s beautifully designed with stunning art, including superstar creators Joe Quesada, Miko Suyan, Eduardo Risso and Luis Larosa,” Bad Idea said of the release. “But that’s not all! Each one is completely reversible and boasts unique designs on both sides. Plus, everything is signed by one of the series creators and includes a limited edition book plate of fingers certified by Hologram Sticker for just $200 in supplies!”
Also in attendance are Derek Kolstad, the screenwriter behind the John Wick franchise. Kolstad co-authored the Death of the Planet of Bad Idea and is on hand to chat about the series on a publisher-specific panel.

New York Comic Con will be held at Javits Center in New York City from Thursday, October 8th to Sunday, October 12th.
