Pink Kryptonite is back in the Roundup. It’s a fan-made Supergirl comic where Kara and Lena must resolve their own issues and unresolved love while keeping Gotham from going insane with a new viral outbreak. Honestly, this project looked like a lot of fun even in the first volume. The fact that it’s back and has reached its goal means there are a lot of fans who want to check it out. Supernatural Quantum Leap, this is what someone described on the project page. Looking at the preview page, it’s easy to see why Salle is updating the art according to the era of the main character. This honestly adds to the creativity of this comic. It all culminates at the end to find out how Tartt died. I think this is a great plot and I’m sure readers will enjoy it.

Tillie Walden “Spinning”
Creator: Tilly Walden (creator/writer/artist)
Goal: $13,211
End Date: September 13
Bonus: You can get a PDF copy for $19, a physical copy for $31, a physical copy and bookplate for $47, or at the highest level, a physical copy with a bookplate featuring a signature and sketch.
A beautiful new UK edition of Tilly Walden’s classic coming-of-age graphic novel is now available from Avery Hill Publishing.
Spinning is a memoir about Tilly Walden’s life and follows her journey of reinvention. I believe the best thing about this kind of project is that it’s honest. And that honesty allows the reader to not only fall in love with your story, but actually absorb it in their own way. That’s what’s important about this kind of project, and that’s what makes it different from other kinds of memoirs in graphic novel format. This project is special, so it would be a shame not to check it out. As of now, 116 other fans feel the same way. With over $9,000 raised in crowdfunding, be sure to check out this project before it’s too late.
