The Polaris Dawn crew returned safely to Earth early Sunday morning, concluding the historic, privately funded mission. 23andMe is nearing a settlement in a class action lawsuit filed against it over a data breach that exposed the information of 6.9 million users. According to tentative settlement documents, the DNA testing company has agreed to pay $30 million to affected customers and conduct computer scans and cybersecurity audits annually for three years. A website will be built to notify people who are eligible to receive a share of the settlement money and facilitate payment. After a two-week hiatus, ESPN and other Disney-owned channels have returned to DirecTV. The Walt Disney Company and DirecTV issued a joint statement Saturday announcing they were working on finalizing a new agreement and that all channels affected by the dispute have been restored, including ABC, Freeform, FX and the National Geographic Channel. Disney pulled its networks from DirecTV in early September after the two companies were unable to reach an agreement before the old contract expired.
