First, vinyl is back in fashion and now (*checks notes*) it could be VHS tapes. The last major movie released on VHS was 2006’s “A History of Violence,” but this year’s addition to the Alien series, “Alien: Romulus,” will be released as a limited edition VHS tape on December 3rd, The Verge reported. DC Comics has released their full solicitations for titles scheduled to arrive in January 2025. Among DC‘s offerings for the month are the launch of a new Aquaman ongoing series from Jeremy Adams and John Timms; Justice League: The Atom Project, a title spinning out of the events of Absolute Power, from John Ridley, Ryan Parrott, and Mike Perkins; and the arrival of a new set of Superman Superstars with creative team John Ridley and Inaki Miranda on Action Comics. At today’s NYCC Spider-Man panel, Senior Editor Jordan D. White, current Venom screenwriter Al Ewing, and New York Times bestselling author Charles Soule reveal Eddie Brock: Carnage. did.Set to debut on February 12th, Eddie Brock will act as a new host for the violent and sadistic symbiote Carnage.
