More than a year after its unofficial demise, Heavy Metal Entertainment has announced that the legendary magazine of the same name will return with a new first issue in 2025. Cartoonist, filmmaker, and former content editor Frank Forte returns to Heavy Metal Magazine as editor. Dave Kelly is the editor-in-chief and Chris Thompson is the editorial manager.
