Meanwhile, in other comic companies, Skybound is raising money to make video games. One of our frequent correspondents has seen ads investing in Skybound appear on their feeds, and in fact there is a private “stock” offering for individual investors, but in a hurry, they are only open until April 3rd. All the details can be found here, but to truly drill down you will need to read over 300 pages of investment circulation. They all show some. Skybound was not becoming one of the biggest comic/media companies in our small neck. The Walking Dead was a huge hit of…
Since its introduction to Star Wars in rebels, the Inquisitor has symbolized the Empire’s ruthless resolve. A group of antagonists who wield this power in many Star Wars stories have recently been interested in seeing whether author Rodney Burns can play with these characters and give meaning beyond the stock’s villains. Thankfully, this short arc balances the iconic, larger-than-life tones of Star Wars and the ominous edges of the story, while giving these characters individual spirits. As Star Wars comic line prepares for a reboot, this trade hits a sweet spot between classic galactic struggles and fresh revelation about the…
Korea now accepts the rule of Dr. Doom, the supreme magician and emperor of the earth. This leaves the Tiger Division, a superhero team approved by the South Korean government, not in line despite previous arguments with Olevic, but there is no choice. Things are that Doom’s rules have guided us through a new era of peace.Tiger section. They are certainly a superhero team. Look at all of them! There are Ice One, Leader One and Robot ones…and the rest! Perhaps I’m a bit harsh with a relatively new superhero group, but once again I had to read Division #1…
We love a good annual crossover. In general, less impactful excuses for playing with small sides of the universe took over the year of the summer, crossovers peaked at events like the massive Atlantis attack in the late 1980s and early 90s. In 1992, the company released six different crossovers, more than 23 oversized issues.AmazingThey are designed to be low-shock and largely skippable, and Marvel’s recent return to formats, such as the 2023 Chaos contest, is stuck with that form. The story doesn’t insist you buy the extra issues, but they hope you do.The 2024 effort, Infinity Watch – Power…
