26 years later, Vertigo was closed in 2019 as an imprint. Shortly after celebrating the 25th anniversary, we celebrated a new book and a new take on Sandman’s universe. More than three years after launching the concept implementation teaser for animated projects, author Dave Capdevel and animated actor Ashley Nichols are launching a new kickstarter to create a complete pilot of animated horror comedies. Capdevielle and Nichols became friends while working at the animated series Hazbin Hotel.
