Apple is working on the next generation of AirPods Pro, which could come with some new health features, according to Bloomberg’s Mark Garman, a rumor we heard earlier in 2021. Yes, it is.
The company has reportedly started testing features such as temperature sensing and heart rate monitoring on the earbuds. Apple found that while the Apple Watch still performed better on the latter, AirPods measurements were “not far off.”
The company may also be reviving the idea of putting cameras in AirPods, a rumor we’ve heard several times over the last year. But AirPods with cameras are probably still years away.

Broccoli refused to move forward with any of these projects. She also took offense to Amazon Entertainment executive Jennifer Salke’s use of the word “content” to describe a new James Bond project. (I love that.)
