The latest in the bestselling Quick & Easy Guide series by cartoonist Maria Rose Marie (Cook like your ancestors, Cook like gay de comics) is next to a healthy relationship It’s about working on relationships using a quick and simple guide. Arrived in December later this year, the special take is set in the multicultural neighborhood of Sun Heights. Relationships, community! Because relationships are difficult. Especially while taking care of your own mind and heart in the process.

The comics host tough conversations, advice on boundary setting, and tips for hosting resources to enhance your bond. It is intended to serve as a guide to fostering better relationships and is described quite beautifully in a very point-raising way. Please see these pages below.

“A quick and easy guide to healthy relationships is done through the fictional multicultural neighbourhoods of Sun Heights where everyone is experiencing something, as is the case with every community,” says Mariah Rose. Marie said. “Somewhere between Richard Scully’s busy busy town and MTV’s “Downtown,” there are a lot of little stories with connections between drama, humor, heartbreak and healing. People of all ages and upbringing will gain insight into how to make this book more thoughtful and compassionate for themselves, and therefore also gain insights with those around us. It feels like the perfect moment to share this book.

On December 2, 2025, a quick and easy guide to healthy relationships will be found on store shelves.
