Dynamite has announced that The Powerpuff Girls need fan help for the Winter Snowdown Showdown this December. Author Daniel Kibblesmith (Harley Quinn, Black Panther vs. Deadpool) and artist Carlo Sid Lauro bring this great gift to readers.

It’s the holiday season in Townsville and there’s plenty of fun to be had. Citizens ice skate, bake cookies, and shop for loved ones. Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup plan to do just that, as the fan-favorite pint-sized protectors search for the perfect present for Professor Utonium. But what does the person who has it all (or can make it) get?
The girls start looking for what they can get him, but end up learning important lessons about being fair, not overstepping boundaries, and considering others. All while giving you a big dose of holiday justice!

The Powerpuff Girls is not only one of my favorite shows, but one of the greatest ideas in the history of fiction.
I also love the holidays and love to joke about them (people notice and give me holiday challenges). So fans of the classic Powerpuff Girls comedy and action, kids and their parents, and fans of the Christmas special animation should check this out.
Kibblesmith has been nominated for five Emmy Awards and has given fans great work with his contributions to fan-favorite series. Joining him is Lauro, who shocked readers with his latest revival of Darkwing Duck. The pair were joined by Cat Staggs and Francesco Tomaselli, who provided covers for this special release along with Lauro’s work.
